I've looked up "secular progressive" on Wikipedia (a fine website, choc-full of logic and reason - no doubt the work of satan himself to some, I suppose). Here's what it says:

Well, apart from the worrying rise of religious fundamentalism I reckon the US is pretty much alright, to be honest.

Why on earth would I wish to do that? I'd much rather see those stuffy continentals embracing a more US-style free economy, and perhaps they could clamp down on their stupid unions while they're at it.

Good heavens, no! I've worked damn hard to earn this much money! I've no desire to let the government take it all away so that they can give it to some work-shy benefits scrounger!
