I wouldn't agree that distorted the meaning of the Constitution to mean whatever fits your agenda is a positive thing. If this were never the case, this nation would still be the Republic our Founding Fathers once gave us.

However, on this issue it shouldn't be very complicated. First and foremost, this applies to citizens. Second, it clearly states unless public safety is jeapordized.

I think AG should start using your technique. Just make up stuff and talk as if it is true! He would be like... "This applies only to citizens, and it clearly states that this is only in effect unless public safety is jeapordized" then the Dumbasscrats would be like "It doesn't say that it only applies to citizens. In fact the Supreme court just ruled that this wasn't the case. And it never mentions 'public safety'!" Then AG would be like "Well, I guess we will have to agree to disagree"!

Personally, I think they should take the next step and say that it only applies to citizens with a college degree! I am sick of all these poor people always bugging me for money and jobs! WTF!! They piss me off, and I wish I could just throw them in a private prison or something where they couldn't bug me anymore.
